Trigger
Trigger is a series that reflects on the events after my father's death and my personal struggle with depression. They are a series of cyanotypes that I have destroyed to represent my mental health collapsing at every argument that pulled me farther away from my family. Through the use of long exposure and self-exploration in abandoned buildings, in combination with tearing apart these one-of-a-kind images and hand sewing them back together, these pieces are very fragile and intimate, much like the trigger they represent.
