​The In-Betweens is a series that focuses on the emotional extremes of mood disorders. After being diagnosed with this in my late twenties, I started looking for photographs of my childhood that represent these emotional fluctuations that are so hard to control. These photographs validate a lot of the emotional breakdowns, tantrums, and various stages of isolation that I experienced while growing up. By working with the archive I am gaining an understanding of how this diagnosis has been a part of my landscape since birth, and therefore how it has affected my personal relationships, profession, and overall self-growth. ​​
